Where did John D. Knight come from before coming to Nassau County, Florida? That's the question we are still trying to find an answer to... Pigeon Creek Primitive Baptist Church was established in 1821, before Florida ever became settled as a state.In the early records of the church, there are Knights listed.Early members include, Britton and Elias Knight from Gainsville, Fla./Alachua County. Were these John D, Knights early ancestors? It's a good possibility, but we haven't found what we need to prove it.... Where did John D. Knight come from? Do you know the answer?
